Motherhood to me is...

smiling for the camera even when you feel like crap.

having the support of a wonderful husband who would gladly gain weight if it made you feel better.

managing to squeeze in one last beauty pic before baby.

having fun no matter how "professional" the situation.

discovering that my little boy...

is now a young man.

realizing that my son has inherited my silly side.

the moments that take your breath away.

a first that will last forever in your heart and in your mind.

allowing time to stop so you can just relax and enjoy those special moments.

discovering that my daughter has been influenced by her brother, in more ways then one.

allowing kids to be kids and...

trying to remember that when they become a human buffet.

Motherhood is this...

It's simple and sweet and full of happiness, love, excitement and so much more.

  9. Karrine,

He's actually 6 but he's very tall (like moi). When he was 2 and looked like he was 4 I use to get crazy looks from people wondering why I was so protective of him and not letting him walk without holding my hand.
