Craft Room Makeover

As my business grows, so do my supplies. And it was time for a mini makeover in my craft/sewing/painting/laundry room. The first addition was a awesome (and very sturdy) 6 foot table to replace my rickety 3' x 3' table that was ready to fold and fall at any second.

Next, the Hubs put up some shelves to hold my growing fabric collection and other supplies. It's too bad we can't paint but I think it looks great! Much more organized then it was before.

Here's the Before...

Funny shot. Something is conveniently placed on the ironing board so it appears to be right in the Hubs's butt crack! LOL!

And the after.

I have a lot of storage underneath the table and below another shelf to help with additional supplies, inventory and fabric scrapes. Thanks to the Hubs (as always) for helping me. Actually, for buying me the table and putting up the shelves and for basically making all this happen. LOL!

Thanks for the sweet comment you left on my blog a while back. What an awesome craft room! Wish my hubby could do that for me, no space in the house right now :) I love all your stuff!

It looks great! I just got a new desk...somehow the kid sized, metal one we found by a dumpster outside of an Army building just wasn't cutting it!Ha! I love Ikea! Now I can sew in the same room as all of my sewing stuff instead of at the kitchen table!
