Hey 2 things I'd like to add! The rubberband trick is actually pretty cool, but it's not necessary.
It takes very little pressure to release the safety, and putting turning off the safety in advance seems kinda counterproductive since that means you can accidentally fire before you want to ^_^'
Also, I noticed that you didn't hold your injection up to the light to look at it before you loaded it into your autojector. You should always ALWAYS look at the syringe in the light before you use it because some of them can be mis-manufactured, and will have particles floating in them. These should never be used.
